1. Design Externally

Use a free visual drag-and-drop editor to build your newsletter layout. We recommend:

• BEE Free — Completely free to start, download clean HTML files.
• Stripo.email — Excellent premade email structures.

2. How to Handle Images?

IMPORTANT: Do NOT use base64-encoded images (inline data URIs). Most email clients (Gmail, Outlook) block them entirely or flag them as spam. Instead, host your images online and use absolute URLs:

• Built-in Host: Visual editors like BEE Free or Stripo host your uploaded images automatically. When you export the HTML, the image URLs point to their CDN and work out-of-the-box.
• Vooz Media Library: Go to the Media tab in the sidebar and register URLs of your uploaded images to copy them anytime.
• Public Assets: Upload company assets (logos, banners) to your main site CDN, then use those absolute URLs.
• Free Image Hosts: Upload campaign-specific images to dedicated platforms (e.g., Postimages, ImgBB) and use the direct image URLs.

3. Copy HTML to Vooz

Once you finish designing, copy the exported HTML code and paste it into the Body HTML field of the template creator.

4. Personalization & Merge Tags

Use Go template interpolation syntax to customize the content dynamically for each subscriber:

• — Recipient's email address
• — Subscriber tags (e.g. customer)
• — Injects unsubscribe link (automatically added at the bottom if omitted)
